TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(Please read carefully before signing)
1. A 60% deposit is required before any project work begins.
2. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the project has commenced.
3. *** IMPORTANT *** : Once this invoice is accepted and the order is placed, the full invoice amount becomes due, even if the client later decides to cancel the project. Our services begin upon receipt of the deposit and cannot be paused or cancelled once initiated.
4. In case of non-payment or delay, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the project after 90 days from the original invoice date.
5. Any outstanding balance not paid by the due date will incur a late fee of 15% per month, compounded monthly, until full payment is received.
6. No refunds of any deposit or amounts already paid will be granted under any circumstances once the project has started.
7. All quoted prices remain valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
8. By signing this document and submitting your deposit, you agree to these terms in full.
